Job Description

? Process payments for bookings and additional services

Requirements

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Ability to work independently and in a team environment

? Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office

? Reliable high-speed internet connection

? Previous customer service experience preferred

? Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

Educational Qualifications

? High School Diploma or GED required

? Additional certification in customer service is a plus

Experience

? At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
