we look for person who already work in short term rental ( vacation rental) many years. person know the airbnb rule really well (best will be work in airbnb before ) also look for a person role as manager not worker. cause we share percent of net profit to you .

how we improve our income.

how we get better review. any suggestion if we have bad review. any experience that you deal with bad review.

your goal one month salary. in 5-10 year goal.

we provide basic hourly salary + net profit + award . you let us know how many percent of net profit you want. how many house you can manage by yourself. how much award for one five star review. or other ward you think we can discuss.

we do not mind share more profit to you .salary higher than industries. but want you share more value to us about your STR experience
