? Acquire knowledge of our virtual products to enhance customer assistance.
? Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
? Manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs effectively.
