Remote Patient Monitoring – LVN or RN Work from Home | Help Us Redefine Virtual Patient Care Nsight Health, Inc. is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Team. In this fully virtual role, you’ll monitor patient alerts, conduct wellness outreach, support care coordination, and promote patient engagement from the comfort of your home. Start Date: October 20th, 2025 Compensation & Incentives Competitive base hourly rate Team members are eligible for additional compensation based on the timing of hours worked, as follows: Evening Differential: An additional $1.50 per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 7:00 PM Eastern Time. Late-Night Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour will be paid for all hours worked after 10:00 PM Eastern Time. Weekend Differential: An additional $1.50 per hour will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays, regardless of time of day. Shift differential pay is calculated in addition to base hourly wages and will be reflected on the corresponding payroll cycle. Bonus potential: Earn up to $1,500 per month based on patient engagement and performance goals Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone calls to check in on patients and address health concerns (expected call volume ranges from 70 to 90 calls per day) Handle inbound phone calls and route appropriately based on clinical urgency Route non-clinical inbound calls to the appropriate departments across the company Monitor and respond to Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) alerts, escalating concerns when clinically indicated Collaborate with providers to coordinate timely and effective patient care Perform monthly wellness assessments and complete comprehensive chart reviews Accurately document all patient interactions in our clinical platform in real time Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics related to: Care quality Patient engagement Response times Adherence to protocol standards Qualifications Active LVN or RN license (required) At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred (RPM, telehealth, or chronic care experience a plus) Strong communication skills with the ability to build patient trust remotely Proficient with computers, EMRs, and telehealth tools Reliable, high-speed internet and a HIPAA-compliant home workspace (Internet speed test required during the interview process) A hardwired internet connection is required to ensure call clarity Why Nsight Health? 100% remote position — no commute required Be part of a supportive, patient-centered care team Help close gaps in care and make a measurable impact on patient outcomes Competitive pay with shift differential and bonus potential Opportunities to grow with a fast-paced, innovative healthcare company Comprehensive Benefits Package Sign-On Bonus: This role is eligible for a one-time $3,000 sign-on bonus.
