This role provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. You'll be working with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing great customer service to our customers via phone, email, and in some cases, chat * Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services * Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to our customers * Meeting and exceeding our customer satisfaction targets **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) * A good command of English * Passion and interest in customer service!
