The Opportunity: Shape Compliance, Quality, and Risk Management As part of our Tax Quality and Risk Management (TQ) department, you will play a decisive role in ensuring EY s compliance with legislation and quality standards. EY is subject to various reviews from outside regulators. The TQ department plays a decisive role in shaping EY s perception and operations. Working with us grants you an inside look at EY s business processes. Key Responsibilities • Research, apply, improve and analyze professional procedures, policies, and regulations • Follow-up compliance and reporting activities and provide actionable feedback on compliance activities • Provide compliance advice based on risk assessments and proactively enhance Quality and Risk effectiveness • Bolster a quality and risk-based compliance culture through communication and training initiatives • Work closely with EY s independence and legal teams across Belgium and other countries • Liaise and handle formalities with our professional body, the Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants (ITAA) • Monitor, support, and provide actionable feedback on corrective actions related to compliance • Proactively enhance Quality and Risk effectiveness Bring your drive to learn, strong interest in Compliance, Quality and Risk Management, and impressive human relations skills. We value self-motivation, flexibility, and a keen sense of organization.
