CHE Behavioral Health is seeking a Full Time Remote Junior Healthcare Recruiter with Healthcare Recruitment experience.Healthcare Recruitment is required the ideal person comes with experience recruiting LCSW's, Psychologists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, LMFT's, LMHC's, LPCC's for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF's).Pay Range is $55,000-$65,000 plus full benefits and a rewarding quarterly bonus structure.General SummaryThis Junior Recruiter is responsible for assisting in-house recruiting to find, hire and retain predominately licensed psychologists, LCSW, Nurse Practitioners, psychiatrists and post-doctoral candidates, including LMFT's, LCSW and LMHC's. This position will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with candidates and sourcing initiatives.Company Overview:CHE is a premier provider of behavioral health services with more than 700 clinicians in 14 states. Personal mental health is tied to the health of communities and the greater social world; therefore, CHE believes that mental and emotional well-being is best achieved by working at both the individual and community levels.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job ResponsibilitiesConducting phone interviews & email correspondence with candidates, and potential new hires.Support senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and screeningScheduling virtual and/or in-person interviews between candidates and management/regional managers/executives.Reviewing daily job boards, ensuring requisitions are up to date, new or on-going candidates have been contacted.Use iCIMS applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through on-boarding.QualificationsQualifications:SNF experience preferred Prior corporate recruiting experience required Prior healthcare experience required Apply tot his job
