Junior Mobile/Web Engineer

They are seeking a Junior Mobile/Web Engineer to develop and maintain mobile and web applications, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Applications Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, and web applications using React and Next.js Candidates with React Native experience are expected to transition to Flutter Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Lead the design and implementation of complex mobile and web solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security Analyze and identify areas for modification and improvement in existing solutions Develop new solutions to meet customer requirements Contribute to and maintain a development roadmap to ensure work is prioritized in line with business requirements Monitor, identify, assess, and correct complex software problems to maintain fully functioning applications Proactively learn and apply industry best practices in mobile and web engineering Assist junior team members in their application Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated unit tests to ensure the quality of the solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and backend engineering to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including design specifications, technical guides, and user manuals Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and drive the adoption of new tools and practices to enhance the development process Ensure the mobile applications are compatible across various platforms and devices Perform other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent years of related work experience At least 1-3 years of experience building and maintaining mobile and web applications in a business environment or significant internships doing the same Experience with React/Next.js, React Native, or Flutter Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect Initiative and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, or as part of a team Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to remain organized and self-motivated Ability to prioritize and organize assignments to make efficient use of time with significant attention to detail Capable of identifying problems, analyzing, and evaluating information to determine solutions Benefits Comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision) Disability and group term life insurance Health and flexible spending accounts Utilization bonus 401k Flexible time off for salaried employees Flexible work arrangements Company Overview Founded in tandem with Turnberry Solutions, Crew serves as an innovative talent development program for both Turnberry and our clients by focusing exclusively on high-performing early-career consultants.
