Junior Project Manager

Karsh Hagan is a creative agency that focuses on impactful storytelling and brand building. They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of integrated marketing, branding, and digital projects while collaborating with various internal teams. Responsibilities Support project planning and execution across a variety of marketing, creative, and digital initiatives Create and maintain project timelines, status reports, and production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met Coordinate communication between internal teams, including account services, creative, strategy, media, and production Monitor project scopes, flagging potential risks or roadblocks Attend meetings, track action items, and document key takeaways to keep teams aligned Work collaboratively with the internal production to route, manage, and traffic final assets. Process includes opening Monday.com cards, populating cards with correct and complete information, and managing internal routing and approvals Assist in trafficking creative assets and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency Manage project management tools (e.g., Monday.com and Google Suite) to track progress and organize agency workflows Work closely with the project management department to identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows for greater efficiency Skills 1-2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or related operations Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and inherently knowing when to be flexible Familiarity with project management operating systems such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Workfront Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and confidence to work independently with ambiguity A problem-solving mindset, eager to anticipate challenges and find solutions Passion for learning, growing, and contributing to a high-energy team environment Basic understanding of a creative agency and digital production processes is a plus Benefits A hybrid schedule, in the Denver office on Tuesday and Thursday, and remote the rest of the week.
