As a key member of our technical support team, you will collaborate closely with software technicians, technical support specialists, and developers to ensure seamless service delivery. Primary Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of our banking software and applications to provide effective support to clients and end-users. Coordinate with software technicians, technical support specialists, and developers as needed to resolve complex technical issues. Analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects. Handle technical processes and explain them in a clear, concise manner to less-technical individuals. Manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to establish strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A solid troubleshooting ability, coupled with a quick learning curve for technical skills, is essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and be adept at coordinating with developers to investigate and diagnose issues. Ability to learn technical skills quickly. In-depth learning and understanding of our mobile and online banking products. Coordination with developers to investigate and diagnose issues. Ability to manage a dynamic workload with many concurrent tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking live-chat support would be a significant asset. Previous experience in technical support, particularly in a 24/7 environment. Familiarity with Dialogflow or similar technologies. Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android. Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Working experience with US-based customers and knowledge of the US banking system.
