Job Overview In this entry-level position, you will be part of a small, collaborative team that operates under the guidance of a team manager and in coordination with other departments within arenaflex. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support to our clients and their end-users through our live-chat platform, addressing their technical questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Primary Responsibilities Develop an in-depth understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps to effectively support clients and end-users. Collaborate with software technicians, technical support, and developers as needed to resolve technical issues and improve our products and services. Analyze technical logs to identify and troubleshoot problems encountered during 24/7 client support projects. Handle technical processes and communicate complex technical information in a clear, concise manner to less-technical individuals. Coordinate with developers to investigate and diagnose issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime. Manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements and client expectations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tech support process, monitoring and enhancing quality to ensure exceptional client experiences. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written and spoken English skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. A solid troubleshooting ability, coupled with the capacity to learn technical skills quickly, is essential for success.
