Lead Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate Sales Team (Remote)

About the Role This is a performance-based role focused on speaking directly with homeowners who have expressed interest in selling. Your job is to build rapport, uncover their true motivations, and guide them toward a win-win outcome. You'll be responsible for consistent follow-up, managing your pipeline, and preparing sellers for contract offers. You’ll be expected to lead conversations - not follow a script passively. Confidence, organization, and the ability to think on your feet are key. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, emails per day to engaged leads • Identify and qualify seller motivation, timelines, and expectations • Keep all lead activity and notes organized in our system • Set accurate expectations with sellers about next steps • Communicate effectively with the internal team to support contract preparation and closings • Participate in daily briefings, feedback reviews, and performance tracking What We Offer • Competitive hourly base pay • Performance-based Monthly commissions on every closed deal • Quarterly bonuses and long-term growth incentives • Work-from-home flexibility • Clear promotion path to senior roles • Ongoing training and real support from leadership Requirements • Must be based in the U.S. (Texas preferred) • Fluent English speaker; bilingual is a plus but not required • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Psychology, or Communications preferred) • 5+ years of proven sales experience in a commission-based or outbound calling role • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness • Confidence in guiding conversations, asking tough questions, and negotiating win-win outcomes • Strong time management, organization, and follow-through • Technical ability to manage online tools, call tracking, and spreadsheets Who Should Apply If you’re a proven performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow with a founder-led team, this is the place for you.
