Leadership Development Consultant Location: India Experience: 5–7 years Team: Global Leadership Development Role Summary As a core member of the Global Leadership Development team, you will design and facilitate leadership development programs across regions at scale. This role requires a seasoned leadership development professional with expertise in solution design, strong facilitation skills (virtual and in-person), and a deep understanding of leadership practices, theories, and emerging trends including AI in leadership. Key Responsibilities Leadership Development Solutions Partner with business leaders to understand needs and design targeted development solutions. You will translate leadership challenges into practical learning experiences that drive performance and growth. Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regions, guiding them through the full leadership development journey. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between leadership goals and development initiatives. Program Design & Implementation Design and deliver short- and long-term leadership interventions, including workshops, coaching, and team development experiences. You’ll create scalable, high-impact programs tailored to team and organizational objectives. Facilitation Lead high-impact sessions on leadership and behavioral skills in both virtual and in-person formats. You’ll bring energy and expertise to every session, creating engaging learning environments for diverse audiences. Project Management Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment, communication, and timely delivery across stakeholders. You’ll oversee timelines, resources, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery and measurable outcomes. Assessment & Evaluation Develop and apply assessment tools to measure program effectiveness. Use data insights to drive continuous improvement. You’ll monitor impact and use analytics to refine and enhance future learning strategies. Facilitator Development Support and coach new facilitators to enhance delivery quality and consistency. You’ll mentor others to uphold high standards and continuously improve facilitation practices. Thought Leadership Stay current on leadership trends and innovations, especially in AI-enabled learning, and integrate them into program design. You’ll contribute fresh ideas and insights to keep our leadership development approach future-ready. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field 5–7 years of experience in leadership development, with a proven track record in global program design and delivery Strong grasp of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies Exceptional facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings (certifications preferred) Experience working with and supporting leaders globally and supporting diverse cultures.
