We're seeking a talented Lead Director, Strategy & Product Management, Aetna Pharmacy Health Plan to join our team and help shape the future of healthcare. About the Role As a member of the Aetna Pharmacy Health Plan Team, you'll play a critical role in driving enterprise innovations and product solutions for our commercial and exchange lines of business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Aetna, Caremark, and other CVS Health businesses, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that support our customers and members. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner for medical pharmacy (medications covered under medical benefits), providing support for internal and external stakeholders. Innovative Strategies: Develop new strategies to drive client value, support members and providers, and produce cost savings/revenue for Aetna's medical pharmacy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholder groups to ensure program portfolios meet legal, operational, and client standards. Operational Excellence: Operationalize new product offerings by solving business challenges, streamlining processes, and improving workflows. Program Management: Lead large-scale product development initiatives, including IT roadmaps, to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively across the enterprise to understand stakeholder needs, identify problems, and design solutions. Risk Management: Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, producing program reports for stakeholders. Requirements & Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in account management, product management, or product development, preferably with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Health Plan, or Specialty pharmacy. Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Collaboration: Ability to work in a dynamic, complex environment with minimal oversight, demonstrating an agile mindset. Client Management: Capability to conduct and manage client meetings via phone, web, and in-person. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong structured and critical thinking abilities. Independent Judgment: High level of independent judgment and proactivity. Communication: Strong internal relationship skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across disciplines and levels. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or specialized training. Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications or certifications. What We Offer Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary: The typical pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00, depending on experience, education, and geography. Bonus & Incentives: Eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, as well as an award target in our equity award program.
