Website: www.yourdailyloop.com I’m seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support lead research and light outreach, with the goal of taking qualified prospects as close to the finish line as possible by directing them to the website for self-serve conversion. This is not a commission-based role and does not involve closing sales or handling payments. What I will provide • Sample outreach messages (email and/or LinkedIn) • Sell sheets and one-pagers • Brand graphics, images, and logos • Clear guidance on positioning and audience focus You will not be asked to write sales copy or design materials from scratch. Your role is to apply the provided assets consistently and professionally. Primary deliverable The core outcome of this pilot is a clean, organized Excel or Google Sheets prospecting list of qualified organizations and decision-makers. Expected volume within approximately 20 hours • Approximately 35–50 qualified organizations • Each with verified decision-maker contact information Prospect list should include • Organization name • Industry or category (senior living, school, clinic, community space, etc.) • City and state • Decision-maker name • Decision-maker title • Email address • LinkedIn profile (if available) • Website URL • Outreach status (Not Contacted, Contacted, Responded) • Notes or context, if applicable Outreach expectations • Conduct professional outreach using provided messaging and assets • Use email and/or LinkedIn depending on access and deliverability • Direct interested prospects to the Your Daily Loop website • Track outreach activity and responses in the shared sheet The goal is to introduce the product clearly and warm the lead, not to sell or negotiate. What success looks like • A high-quality, well-researched prospect list • Accurate decision-maker targeting • Outreach completed and clearly tracked • Prospects directed to the website • A system that can be continued after the pilot Sales are not required for this engagement. End-of-pilot review At the end of 30 days, we will review • Quality and completeness of the prospecting list • Outreach activity and responses • Accuracy of targeting • Overall collaboration and communication Based on results, this role may continue, expand, or shift into ongoing outreach support.
