Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Lead Generator / Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through targeted outreach efforts, building strong relationships, and generating qualified leads to support our business growth. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help expand our market presence, drive new business opportunities, and contribute to our overall sales success. Duties • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and social media • Pre-qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and business needs • Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns across various channels including telemarketing and email outreach • Schedule calls for our sales team • Track leads in CRM or Google Sheets Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical sales • Experience in lead generation / appointment setting • Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outbound calling and cold calling techniques • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls with professionalism and persistence • Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward business development Pay Scale: • Starter ($2,500): $40–$60 per qualified call + $250–$500 per closed deal • Growth ($4,500–$6,500): $50–$75 per call + $500–$1,000 per closed deal • Premium ($15K–$35K+): $75–$100 per call + $1,500–$5,000 per closed deal Pay: $250.00 - $1,000.00 per week Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
