You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and automation will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. **Day in the Life** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** Our Omnicare team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our customers in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings.
