About the Role As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team and driving excellence in customer service, data entry, and processing support tasks. You'll work closely with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot front-end processes, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the front-end pharmacy technician team to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and responsibilities. Collaborate with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation. Troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions and improve efficiency. Partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborate with field training teams as needed. Assist in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A verifiable High School Diploma or GED. Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, as required by state law. One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge: Prior experience in the long-term care industry. PTCB National Certification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is between $18.50 and $34.60 per hour, depending on factors such as location and experience.
