As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers, colleagues, and management to deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities** As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience * Leading a team of dedicated professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional performance * Managing production flow, ensuring all production orders are completed on time and to the highest standards * Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative selling to customers * Recommending FedEx Office products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs * Operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise, including digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders * Ensuring quality during and after the production process, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail * Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members, providing exceptional customer service and support * Assisting in the training of store team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Collaborating with management to reduce company costs and optimize profitability in areas of responsibility * Applying Quality concepts presented at training during daily activities, supporting blithequark's Quality initiatives **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent education * 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, with minimal supervision * Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the blithequark business **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results * Knowledge of Quality concepts and principles, with experience applying them in a retail or customer service environment * Experience working with customers, vendors, and other team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions in a timely and effective manner * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Experience working with technology, including point-of-sale systems, digital imaging equipment, and other retail software **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
