We are building a performance-driven sales organization focused on outbound, appointment setting, and closing support for real estate agents and brokers. This is a production environment. Results matter.. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Setter located in the united states. The Lead Setter will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a detailed customer database. Additional duties include providing accurate product or service information, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating with team members to optimize lead conversion strategies. Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and team members • Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related technology tools • Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Ability to handle customer inquiries and confidently provide accurate information • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving team goals • Previous experience in setting appointments or sales prospecting is advantageous Apply tot his job
