As a Learning Designer I, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop learning solutions that drive business results. Key Responsibilities As a Learning Designer I, you will be responsible for: Conducting learning needs analysis and developing learning solutions that address knowledge, skills, and abilities gaps in airport customer service Applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content Designing, developing, and applying blended media content delivery solutions through multiple platforms Evaluating feedback from implemented programs and making data-driven decisions to improve learning solutions Maintaining program-related products by applying updated content in alignment with policies and procedures Participating in safety risk analysis and/or mitigation efforts to identify learning/performance objectives or influence performance behaviors Contributing to project/program management efforts to support continuous improvement efforts for airport customer service learning products Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Learning Designer I, you will need: 1-2 years of related work experience in learning solution development, preferably in the airport customer service industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet schedule requirements Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe applications for product development Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Adult Education, or related field Experience in learning solution development using ISD methodology Learning project/program management experience Knowledge of adult learning theories Working knowledge of airport customer service processes and policies Facilitation experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
