If so, blithequark is seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our WW Customer Trust Training team within the Risk LXD department. This role is pivotal in designing and developing comprehensive learning programs that enhance the capabilities of new hires and seasoned investigators across the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. About the Role As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging, effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning needs. This involves leveraging your expertise in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement to develop digital, blended, and classroom-based training content. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify learning gaps, design curricula, and implement training solutions that drive performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Designing Engaging Learning Experiences: Create immersive e-learning content using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools to enhance on-the-job performance. Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure learning content remains relevant and effective. Mentor and coach junior Learning Experience Designers and apprentices on design principles, processes, and best practices. Consulting on Programs: Employ project management skills to oversee multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery, ensuring timely and within-scope execution. Integrate data collection and feedback mechanisms into learning solutions to derive actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience, driving continuous improvement. Conduct thorough analysis to identify key tasks and skills to target in the curriculum and evaluate post-implementation performance and business metrics. Collaborate with global stakeholders, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO teams, to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training content. Process Improvement and Curriculum Development: Contribute to the enhancement of processes and curriculum templates to streamline development and minimize time-to-market for new training materials. Utilize data and metrics to inform program requirements and drive improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. 5+ years of working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, showcasing adaptability and collaboration. 5+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, highlighting analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, demonstrating leadership and communication skills. 5+ years of experience in driving process improvements, with a track record of successful implementation. 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects, showcasing ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. 3+ years of change management experience, highlighting ability to adapt to and drive change.
