Learning Systems Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning Systems Project Manager in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities Include: • Lead discovery sessions to document current and future business processes • Create process maps, workflows, role documentation, SOPs, and governance models • Identify dependencies, considerations, and areas for improvement • Gather and translate business requirements into clear process documentation • Act as process lead for initiatives, supporting both agile and structured approaches • Manage timelines, milestones, and resources for process deliverables • Coordinate with change, communication, and training teams for adoption • Develop materials to explain new or updated processes (e.g., guides, job aids) • Ensure processes align with system capabilities and organizational standards • Incorporate compliance and regulatory requirements into documentation • Continuously evaluate materials for usability and knowledge management • Collaborate with technology leads and subject matter experts to align processes • Engage cross-functional teams across time zones in virtual environments • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing summaries and recommendations Requirements: • Around 5 years of experience in business process design, operations analysis, project management, or similar areas • Experience developing knowledge management and process support materials • Background in technology-enabled process improvements • Proficiency with process mapping tools and common office applications • Knowledge of learning systems or HR technology environments is helpful • Exposure to AI-related initiatives is desirable • Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus • Experience in a professional services or similar environment preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
