They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Analyst to support their Legal team in subsidiary management, corporate governance, and legal compliance, ensuring smooth legal processes through administrative support and project coordination. Responsibilities Assist with managing corporate governance of Tapestry, Inc. and 80+ global subsidiaries, including maintenance of database which contains current information regarding subsidiaries, including officer and director information, ownership data, charter and other minute book documents, etc Facilitate the execution of signature requests from colleagues and business partners globally regarding subsidiary documentation Respond to information requests from team members and business partners (e.g. organizational charts, stock ownership, secretary and incumbency certificates, authorization letters, resolutions, etc., as needed) Draft or cause to be drafted written consents, resignations, minutes and resolutions; maintain subsidiary minute books (print and electronic) Manage filing of subsidiary Annual Reports with relevant government authorities, directly and through coordination with outside vendor Assist with Tapestry, Inc. board and committee calendars, materials, and logistics on a quarterly cadence Maintain governance databases and document repositories Support the Company’s legal compliance program, in areas of policy management, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, ethics, sanctions and other areas of business conduct Maintain, optimize and provide training on legal systems and tools (e.g., policy management, vendor diligence database, ethics hotline, gifting and conflict of interest database); facilitate new system implementation, maintain data entry and analytics and consistent monitoring of compliance processes Work cross functionally with other departments to implement policies and procedures relating to vendor onboarding legal diligence checks and other legal compliance processes Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and compliance tracking Lead and execute with other general administrative tasks including document management, invoice processing, calendar coordination, and logistical support for meetings and events Serve as project manager for other cross-functional legal projects, ensuring timely execution, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholder and external partners Coordinate with key cross functional partners, severing as a liaison between legal, finance, and other business units to ensure seamless execution of governance and compliance rated projects Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1 + years of experience in a legal or corporate environment, preferably with exposure to entity management, governance and/or compliance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and governance / compliance technology platforms (e.g., Diligent, Navex or similar) Comfort with data analytics and reporting tools Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to interface with global colleagues and business partners Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional legal projects with timely execution Paralegal certification a plus Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401 (K) Paid Paternity and Maternity leave Commuter Benefits Disability insurance Tuition assistance Company Overview Tapestry is a global house of brands that embraces the exploration of individuality.
