Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate REMOTE Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support our team of mental health therapists. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, review and assess documentation, ensure adherence to best practices, and foster professional growth among staff while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role is crucial in promoting high-quality care and ensuring effective treatment outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities: • Supervise and support a team of mental health therapists, offering guidance and mentorship. • Review and assess clinical documentation and assessments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. • Provide clinical oversight, ensuring all therapeutic practices are consistent with best practices and evidence-based approaches. • Foster a supportive environment for professional development and growth, including providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews. • Monitor and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to mental health services. • Collaborate with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care. • Offer crisis intervention and support when needed. • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the mental health field. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. • Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). • Proven experience as a clinical supervisor or in a leadership role in mental health services. • In-depth knowledge of clinical documentation standards, assessments, and treatment planning. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth. • Commitment to maintaining a collaborative and positive team environment. • (Advantage: if clinician has an active NPI number.)
