Licensed or willing to be a licensed realtor Full job description Job Overview: We are seeking Licensed Realtors and/or individuals willing to acquire a Tennessee Real Estate License (if acquiring a license please include licensing timeline in your resume/application with inquiry for information on licensing if it is needed). The agent will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties, while providing exceptional customer service, and leveraging their expertise in real estate law and market trends. EXPERIENCE - In Order to Join, You Must: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent • Must be able to pass full background check • Have an Active Tennessee Real Estate license (Or willing to obtain a Tennessee real estate license at your own expense – include licensing timeline) • Knowledge of computer software programs, such as bolthires, Excel, etc. • Be able to work independently and as a team player • Entrepreneur mind-set • Drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility with ambition to succeed • Strong communications skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral clearly and effectively. The ability to build a network of engaged prospects and customers. • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and the adaptability to help customers on their schedule • Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively • Ability to multi-task and take initiative, strong work ethic • Multilingual abilities are a plus, though not required • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse clientele DUTIES - As a Tennessee Properties Real Estate Agent, you will: • Oversee property deals for a seamless transaction and smooth client experience. • Use your expertise to attract new clients and grow Tennessee Properties Real Estate footprint. • Offer in-depth insights on local market, community and market trends and property value. • Assist clients in buying, selling property • Showing properties to potential buyers • Maintain professional standards with all clients and colleagues • Build relationships for life through constant follow up and provide top-tier customer service, fostering long-term client relationships. • Guide buyers and sellers to their ideal property matches. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences • Market properties through various channels to maximize exposure • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale • Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations. • Organize and attend property viewings Compensation Package: 1099 contract Commissions Schedule: Choose your own hours Location: REMOTE – requirement is you have to be able to conduct in-person real estate services within the state of TN so applicant needs to reside in TN or an adjacent state where service needs can be met.
