Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Appointment Setter (Probate Niche) – Commission Only Job Summary: Are you a Licensed CA Real Estate Agent who loves the "hunt" of prospecting but hates the paperwork of closing? I am a Real Estate Broker in Southern California specializing exclusively in the Probate, Foreclosures, & Estate Sales niche. I have a consistent pipeline of Probate leads, and I am looking for a sharp, hungry, and empathetic Licensed Agent to partner with me as an Inside Sales Associate (ISA). This is a 100% Commission Only opportunity for a true "hunter." You set the appointment, I handle the transaction, and you earn a generous referral fee on every closed deal. The Goal: Your sole focus is to book a minimum of 3 qualified Probate Listing appointments per week. What You Will Do: • Outbound Prospecting: Call Executors, Administrators, and family members using provided lead lists. These are solid hot leads! • Value Proposition: compassionately offer our brokerage services to families navigating the probate process. • Qualify & Book: Vet the leads to ensure they are the decision-makers and schedule a face-to-face or Zoom appointment for the Broker. • Nurture: Manage a pipeline of leads who aren't ready yet but need follow-up. Who You Are: • MUST hold an active California Real Estate License. (This is non-negotiable for commission payout). • Hungry & Self-Motivated: You understand that this is an Independent Contractor role. You don’t need a boss watching over your shoulder; you need an opportunity to earn. • Thick-Skinned: You are comfortable with cold calling and handling objections. You don't take "No" personally. • Empathetic: Probate is a sensitive niche. You must be able to balance aggressive sales goals with genuine compassion for grieving families. Compensation: • 100% Commission: You are paid a significant referral fee from the Gross Commission Income (GCI) on every deal closed from your appointments. • High Earning Potential: Successful ISAs in the probate niche can earn $100k+ annually without ever driving to a showing or attending an inspection. • Contract: 1099 Independent Contractor status. Schedule: • Flexible / Remote: You set your own hours. As long as you are hitting the appointment goals, you work when and where you want. (Must be available to call during reasonable CA hours).
