Learn more about how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues at DXC.com. • Knowledge Management: • * Develop and maintain centralized digital knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, other tools). • Standardize documentation practices across teams for process guides, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials. • Ensure version control, accessibility, and compliance with audit and security standards. • Training Digitization: • Convert traditional training programs into engaging digital formats (e-learning modules, videos, simulations, microlearning). • Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to design and digitize onboarding, upskilling, and compliance training. • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and track training effectiveness and completion rates. • Content Development & Curation: • Create high-quality, interactive training content using tools like Articulate, other tools, etc. • Curate external and internal content to support learning paths and career development. • Stakeholder Engagement: • Work closely with Operations, client, and Quality teams to identify training needs and knowledge gaps. • Support transition and migration projects by capturing and digitizing client-specific knowledge. • Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor usage of knowledge assets and training modules. • Provide insights and reports on training impact, knowledge utilization, and continuous improvement opportunities.
