Lockheed Martin Space is looking for an experienced, Planning Manager to join our team in . In this rol,e you will coordinate with Demand Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Contracts COE, Production Operations, and Program Management to ensure that all required material to support program execution is stocked before needed. In this position, you will provide advanced planning and proposal support. You will also Implement demand management as a standard business process for efficient program execution. Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will... • Lead a team of Material Planners and demand managers through development and production • Establish Demand Management across COE's and Mil Space as the standard business process • Deliver experienced planning suppor • Provide Make and Buy Planning support to meet schedule needs • Provide Master Production Scheduling support • Be responsible for coordinating input from all partners, including, Engineering, Program Planning, Demand Management, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics, for delivering the product on time to support IMS • Advance planning and strategy developed with Programs, Production and Procurement prior to execution #LockheedMartinSpacePME Basic Qualifications • 6 years of Production or Supply Chain experience • Manufacturing, Production, or Operations planning experience • Excellent written and oral Communications • Understanding of FAR and/or DFAR knowledge • Prior leadership experience Desired skills • Production or Supply Chain Experience • SAP • Microsoft suite • Able to present to executive leadership • knowledgeable in manufacturing process • Electronics knowledge • MMAS experience • Ability to create change • Proven process implementation To promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters an inclusive work environment that encourages differences and big-picture thinking.
