The Role: Loyalty Customer Care Representative As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll be part of our dynamic Contact Center team, generating meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. You'll promote loyalty brand building on behalf of our clients while creating customer insights that drive team performance. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your superior communication skills in the loyalty marketplace and make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities: Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines to provide expert support. Respond to incoming inquiries across various media channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a positive, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude in your daily interactions. Act with integrity at all times, upholding the highest standards of customer service. Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working towards resolutions through effective problem-solving skills. De-escalate complex issues through effective communication and conflict resolution. Efficiently utilize internal systems and resources to optimize customer support. Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to schedules and company policies. Escalate unresolved issues or concerns to ensure timely resolution. What You Need to Be Successful: To excel in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to attend a 7-week remote training program with 100% attendance. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent). A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Good problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers and meet their needs. Flexibility regarding changes in work processes and environment. The ability to multitask, meeting deadlines and service level agreements. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends. A strong home WiFi connection and a quiet home office environment. Preferred qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience and advanced computer skills.
