Management Analyst Senior - Secret clearance

This role supports a Navy customer in St. Inigoes, MD. Job Description and Responsibilities: • Applies advanced analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives in order to analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. • Performs management, technical, and business case analyses and oversees the collection, organization, and interpretation of data related to ATC&LS Division acquisition and product programs. • Tracks program and project status, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. • Applies Government- instituted processes for documentation, change control, and data management. • Ability to utilize project management tools applying EVM methods to produce EVMS reports. Directs and mentors junior analysts, guiding work and ensuring the effective application of analytical techniques and methodologies. • Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Excel is required. Basic Requirements: • At least 10 years of combined experience described in the functional description, with at least three years of experience supporting Navy or other DoD programs. Education and Certification Requirements: • MA/MS degree from an accredited college OR • BA/BS degree from an accredited college plus four years of additional relevant experience Security Clearance: Secret or above. Top Secret preferred. (must be a US Citizen) Telework and Travel: TBD Contract: This position is pending a contract award.
