If so, we want to hear from you! blithequark is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Customer Insights to join our Lowes Media Networks (LMN) team in Mooresville, NC. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights on the LMN team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing media investments for our top clients. You will engage directly with clients to review their media performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to grow their business at blithequark. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations for future media investments. **What You Will Do** * Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with blithequark's overall business objectives * Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration * Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients * Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners * Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights * Tell data stories that support key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies, showcasing your ability to communicate complex data insights in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams, including sales and account management * Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration * Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team, bringing relevant insights to the LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business, particularly in key forums with leadership **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics * Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a track record of driving business growth through strategic recommendations * Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing, Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and analytical/research software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) * Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics * Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment * Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics) **About blithequark** blithequark is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
