About the Role We’re looking for a Full-Time Manager of Ad Operations and Sales Planning to execute and manage advertising campaigns across multiple leading platforms and media styles. Looking for a results-driven ad operations professional with years of experience executing digital campaigns across leading platforms. Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with hands-on expertise in campaign trafficking, attribution, pacing, and optimization. Passionate about learning new tasks, problem-solving, and delivering high-performing campaigns in fast-paced environments that require quick thinking and flexibility. The focus of this role is reliable execution, attention to detail, and learning how to optimize and find efficiencies in a quickly scaling workflow. You will be communicating directly with both Agencies and Talent to organize the distribution of deliverables, reporting, and any other required projects on a daily and weekly basis. Key Responsibilities Trafficking: • Trafficking ad spots in multiple ad servers, with a focus on Megaphone • Distributing Ad Copy, Scripts, and Briefs to producers and talent to ensure production is done in a timely manner Scheduling: • Update, Manage, and document all advertising buys and ensure air dates are communicated to all proper parties • Organize and maintain a central ad calendar for all O&O and external partners • Take responsibility for the accurate running of all ad reads Attribution: • Deep knowledge of attribution pixels and RSS prefixes, including troubleshooting methods and trafficking. • Know platform specific macros to ensure all partner attribution runs properly and smoothly. • Be able to instruct network partners in what is needed to have a successful attribution campaign Reporting • Identify campaign optimization opportunities mid-flight to ensure full delivery • Provide airchecks and spot run confirmations to valued agency partners • Address and fix any campaign shortfall as quickly as possible Who You Are Required • Working knowledge of Megaphone and other large scale ad servers • Experience with attribution pixels and RSS prefixes • Comfort in communications with advertising agencies • Strong knowledge of Google sheets • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Nice to Have • Familiarity with Podstock and Frequence is a plus • Understanding of different styles and versions of ad reads • Familiarity with YouTube, AdSense and Spotify Video • Interest in podcasts, digital video, or creator-led media Time & Structure • Full-time • Remote-friendly • One primary point of contact (VP of Ad Operations & Sales Planning) Why Join Us At Gemini XIII, you’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative team driving the next wave of storytelling in audio and video.
