About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced public health product management strategist to help guide the development and delivery of solutions tailored to the public health market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in public health case management, social determinants of health, health equity, public health operations, combined with a strong background in strategy, product management, and client consulting. This role will ensure that our solutions align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and best practices in public health delivery. A Day in the Life Public Health Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on public health case management and social determinants of health particularly at the county level. Provide insights into the workflows, challenges, and priorities of public health departments. Identify critical use cases, solution/functional gaps, and key performance metrics for solution success. Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, and delivery) to translate public health needs into actionable product requirements. Assist in development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market/client demands. Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize impact and value for our current and future public health clients. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the public health space. Provide recommendations for product positioning and differentiation. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison and translator between internal teams and external public health client stakeholders. Contribute to workshops, feature reviews, focus groups, and interviews with public health departments to validate solution design connected to use cases. Solution Delivery: Consult with the implementation team for initial alpha and beta projects with public health organizations, ensuring understanding and ideal approach for timely and effective delivery. Consult on training materials and support documentation for end users. Consult on solution adoption and assess client feedback for next stage development What You Need Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Public health case management clinical experience including focus on social determinants of health Proven track record in product management, including strategy, use case development for roadmap, feature prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working with public health technology or data solutions is highly desirable. Understanding of public health operations, including case management workflows and funding mechanisms. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence diverse audiences. Preferred: Experience with public health regulations and reporting standards Familiarity with data analytics platforms and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
