This is an executive level position that will have broad responsibilities to support Sales in driving growth in the US Public Sector Market. You'll be a good fit if you.... • Already have 10+ years of experience as a senior IT leader, with sales and delivery experience serving technology and business leaders in Public Sector • Are passionate about advising senior leaders to achieve their strategic imperatives through enablement of technology-enabled, business mission critical programs • Are able to build and maintain trust-based, value-added relationships with technology and business leaders at the CxO level. • Understand how to leverage contract vehicles to deliver customer service. • Are motivated to hit or exceed all targets. • Are excited by the prospect of building new skills and mentoring teams. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for orchestrating the full suite of Info-Tech products and services and designing integrated solutions to prospective and current clients, building offerings to increase sales and revenue within the sector. • Lead and manage a team of seasoned service delivery executives who are responsible for providing clients with extraordinary value. • Provide oversight for the delivery of services provided to existing clients to ensure retention and growth. • Support sales leadership and staff in their client pursuits, to ensure current clients are retained and that the contract value of these clients increases on a year-to-year basis • Ensure consistent networking activities to support sales in targeting the right buying centers, leveraging online resources and tools across all Info-Tech business units within the territory. • Provide senior leadership with on-going customer feedback to support the shaping of sales and marketing effectiveness, product improvement and innovation • Partner with the Research department to include relevant analysis key research content • Help drive product and service evolution through sharing client insights and industry perspectives. • Support introduction of new products and services into the region as conditions allow • Provide executive presence for all major events within the market, including intervention with clients who are unhappy with their current level of service • Raise awareness of contracts, bids and opportunities that arise in the region to ensure sales time is focused on the largest and highest return opportunities Experience • Prior experience as a senior IT executive and/or in selling and delivering IT research, advisory, or consulting services to IT and business leaders within the U.S. public sector, particularly in the West Coast region. • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams • Proven ability to participate in value-based client conversations • Ability to travel to conduct onsite meetings with existing and prospective clients • Experience within Public Sector Skills, Traits and Behaviors • Recognized as thought leader, driving complex programs and transformations • Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with c-level executives, and staff at all levels across an organization • Intellectually curious about the effect of IT on the business landscape, with a passion for continuous learning • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
