Desired Capabilities Understanding of product roadmap, business goals, and customer needs Ability to prioritize testing efforts based on business impact Estimate testing efforts Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers Detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work effectively under pressure Key Responsibilities Perform smoke/regression testing. Discuss and validate testing scenarios with business and technical people. Discuss testing plans with the development team. Active participation in Scrum ceremonies, as well as involvement in raising risks and clarifying objectives. Query DBs for testing purposes. Provide accurate status tracking and reporting Minimum Qualifications Experience in any testing management tool. Understanding of testing quadrants. Understanding of unit, integration, system and acceptance testing. Manual testing expertise testing web & mobile applications Experience with SQL-based databases (Oracle DB ideally) and do SQL statements.
