Manufacturing Engineer Associate / Lexington, KY with Security Clearance

Job Number 715738BR Description:Employee will work in a collaborative environment to develop and implement manufacturing and installation processes and procedures. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline Desired Skills: • Proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing or production environment. • Proficiency with Minitab for statistical analysis and project tracking. • Proficiency with Excel Macros • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Experience with TeamCenter Engineering (or similar product data management tools). • Background in production operations, preferably in fabrication and installation contexts. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
