About the position The Market Growth Strategist supports partner activity for the Merchant Services business. In this position, you'll be working in a fast-paced and exciting professional environment supporting sales leaders and advisors in driving growth and merchant knowledge across the branch network to increase referrals and close rates leading to increased revenue. Being solution oriented with a deep understanding of merchant services and sales process as well as the ability to multi-task and manage several requests simultaneously will be critical to the success of this role. Responsibilities • Perform data analysis of critical KPIs with Merchant Services leadership to identify growth opportunities, strategize on change management, and execute growth initiatives. • Perform QA on new sales applications and compliance submittals and be the escalation point of contact for aligned teams. • Assist sales leaders with process reinforcement, partner education, and sales coaching. • Support Merchant Services Sales Advisors with system concerns, process, and platform knowledge, and reinforce training. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of Merchant Services Sales, Support, Training, or Leadership experience Nice-to-haves • Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau user experience • Merchant Services Sales experience, banking channel support or partnership experience • Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills strong verbal/written communication skills and facilitation/presentation acumen Apply tot his job
