Marketing and Brand Management Specialist(Fully Remote)

Position Overview In partnership with cross-functional teams and agency partners, this role leads the strategic vision, market opportunity assessment, pricing and profitability analysis, and marketing execution for a brand, product, or service across all media channels. The position serves as a central resource for brand strategy and plays a key role in developing and deploying brand-building programs while collaborating closely with sales and business stakeholders to drive growth and market adoption. Key Responsibilities • Lead the strategic vision for assigned brand, product, or service, including market opportunity analysis, pricing strategy, and profitability assessment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies across all media channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand-related information and initiatives • Educate internal business partners on brand strategy, positioning, and market opportunities • Establish short- and long-term goals, competitive positioning, and strategies for assigned market segments • Develop and deploy programs to expand distribution channels, increase business opportunities, and improve customer retention • Analyze customer segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes to ensure the customer experience consistently delivers on brand promise • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies to changing market conditions • Define strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet market segment needs • Set direction for project teams and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment across products, services, and marketing programs • Establish performance metrics and targets to measure the success of market segment programs • Partner with communications leaders to define and deliver messaging based on research, competitive positioning, and value propositions • Collaborate with business units to execute programs in the field and drive adoption at both market and account levels Job Specifications & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 4 years of experience in product management or brand management • Advanced understanding of brand management principles and execution techniques • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies • Strong capability to elevate corporate brand perception and company positioning • Excellent project management skills with experience managing large, complex initiatives • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and inform strategic decisions • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to change priorities and direction quickly • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to write and present clear, concise, and compelling reports Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
