Marketing Coordinator
Fortress Safety is a global leader in machinery safety and interlocking solutions, and they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing communication activities in the US. This role involves planning and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, managing relationships with US channel partners, and developing localized content to enhance stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Plan and deliver multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns Develop messaging that clearly communicates technical products, applications, and value propositions Adapt global campaigns for the US industrial market Manage marketing coordination with US distributors and channel partners Deliver co‑marketing initiatives, asset alignment, and campaign support Maintain up‑to‑date access to product collateral and digital content Create localized case studies, application stories, product videos, photography, and customer content Ensure technical accuracy across all marketing materials Integrate local content into global marketing frameworks Produce brochures, datasheets, slide decks, and battlecards Collaborate with sales teams on campaign launches Support sales with tools to articulate product differentiation and safety benefits Plan and execute US trade shows and industry events Manage exhibitors, logistics, promotional assets, and lead tracking Report on event performance and ROI Manage US‑focused LinkedIn and content calendars Support website updates, landing pages, and digital optimization Coordinate email marketing activity aligned with campaigns Track engagement, campaign performance, and content effectiveness Provide insights to improve future campaigns Skills B2B marketing experience in industrial, manufacturing, safety, automation, or technical products Strong content development and storytelling skills Experience with digital marketing (LinkedIn, email, website content) Sales enablement and trade show marketing experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable working independently in a US‑based role Experience working with distributors or channel partners Familiarity with industrial safety, machinery, or automation markets Campaign reporting and performance analysis experience Benefits 24 PTO days + 9 company holiday closures 401(k) with employer match and profit‑sharing potential 14 weeks fully paid parental leave Medical, dental, and vision insurance (family options) Voluntary life, disability, accident & illness insurance Employee Assistance Program (WPO) Long‑service recognition Company Overview Fortress Safety provides life-saving solutions, protecting people and equipment in industrial workplaces.
