Position Overview Coast Injury Medicine and Coast Imaging MRI is seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Director to lead and oversee our marketing efforts across all locations. This is a remote, full-time leadership role ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong experience in marketing, team management, and the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for directing all marketing operations, managing a team of 5 on-the-ground marketers, and implementing strategies that support brand awareness and referral growth.
