Noble Cortex is searching for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. What you will do As the Marketing Strategy and Brand Manager at Noble Cortex, you will be at the forefront of shaping and amplifying our brand presence across digital platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Twitter. Your role will be pivotal in managing both personal and corporate branding efforts, ensuring our ventures and leadership are recognized as thought leaders in the AI and technology space. You’ll craft and execute multichannel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Noble Cortex and its portfolio companies, including Voxr and AIBES. Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and analytics platforms, you’ll develop compelling campaigns, track performance, and refine strategies to optimize audience reach and growth. In close collaboration with the CTO, startup founders, and internal teams, you’ll maintain consistent messaging, align branding efforts with company values, and execute go-to-market strategies that elevate our presence in the competitive AI landscape. Your work will ensure Noble Cortex stands out as a visionary leader, fostering meaningful connections and driving impactful results. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Management • Personal Branding: Strategically manage and improve our executive’s professional presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and possibly BlueSky, crafting posts and engaging with followers to position them as a thought leader in AI and executive leadership. • Corporate Branding: Oversee and grow the social media presence for Noble Cortex, Voxr, and AIBES, creating compelling campaigns that align with brand vision and strategy. • Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and post regular content (text, graphics, articles) tailored to the audience and platform. • Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and overall engagement metrics, refining strategies based on analytics to optimize reach and effectiveness. • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate best practices into campaigns. • Marketing Strategy • Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and foster audience engagement. • Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign success, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve future efforts. • Brand Management • Strategic Development: Create and implement branding strategies that elevate Noble Cortex, and the executive’s market presence across all platforms. • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to enhance brand visibility. • Consistency: Ensure messaging and tone align with company values and mission across all communication channels. Tools You’ll Use: • Marketing Automation Tools: Leverage tools like HubSpot, and Marketo to optimize marketing campaigns, automate outreach, and manage lead nurturing. • Social Media Management Platforms: Use Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms to manage and monitor social media campaigns. • CRM Systems: Work with HubSpot, BreakCold, or Octapus to track customer data and streamline sales processes. • Analytics Tools: Use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Facebook Business Manager to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and brand management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation. • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach for interpreting engagement metrics and campaign performance. • Good understanding of AI, technology trends, and executive leadership. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting. • Excellent creativity for developing engaging content • Proven experience in managing LinkedIn and Twitter for personal and corporate branding. • Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Facebook Ads, and Twitter for business outreach and lead generation. • Proficiency with at least one marketing automation tool (e.g., Buffer, HubSpot, Marketo). • Superb project management skills, and a collaborative team player with a focus on results.
