Access Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join The Dot Collection, a Boston-based real estate team. The role involves creating and managing content across various platforms, designing marketing materials, and executing email marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment. Responsibilities Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email Design marketing materials using Canva (static posts, stories, signs, beauty sheets, listing collateral) Write, schedule, and publish engaging social content, including polls, stories, and interactive posts Support and execute email marketing campaigns for listings, launches, and announcements Assist with light video editing and formatting for social platforms (experience is a plus) Think strategically about campaign flow, sequencing, and launch timing Pitch creative ideas, content concepts, and campaign strategies directly to leadership Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail Organize marketing assets, templates, and files across platforms Skills Strong Canva skills (non-negotiable) Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow projects through Creative thinker who takes ownership and initiative Strong communication skills and openness to feedback Real estate or marketing experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Creative freedom with clear direction Opportunity to grow with a scaling, high-performing team Flexible work environment (remote or in-office) Your ideas will be heard, valued, and implemented Company Overview Access Real Estate provides residential real estate services.
