Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Marketing Strategy Specialist - III (Senior) to join our pharmaceutical client in Remote - EST coast. This is an 11-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $56.00 - $66.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Schedule: Remote - EST coast required Description: Responsibilities: Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Employer Branding & Organic Talent Marketing Creative Designer III • Join Global TA's Employer Branding & Candidate Experience team as a creative, data driven storyteller with a sharp eye for brand fidelity. In this hands-on role, you'll turn our EVP into measurable, organic campaigns and multimedia assets, optimizing career sites and social channels while partnering across regions. • We're seeking a collaborative operator with an inclusive mindset—ensuring content is accessible, representative, and compliant—and a bias for action to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly. Creative Production and Tooling • Produce, edit, and adapt organic assets for careers pages, LinkedIn (shared resources), Instagram, Meta, X, YouTube, Global Talent Acquisition internal comms, and events. • Create social-first video (vertical reels/shorts), motion graphics and print/digital ads; ensure platform-ready formats. • Hands-on with Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro (daily), After Effects (basic-intermediate), Photoshop/Illustrator; Canva for localization/templates. Adobe CC Libraries for collaboration. • Optimize exports and file prep: H.264/HEVC, MP4, WebP, optimized PNG/JPEG; print workflows including color profiles, bleed/margins. • Manage asset libraries, version control, and metadata (SharePoint); uphold brand fidelity, accessibility, and compliance. Responsibilities Strategy, Editorial, and Partnership • Co-design and execute employer branding, candidate experience, and inclusion initiatives that align with company priorities and values. • Turn strategy into campaign plans, content calendars, asset lists, timelines, and KPIs; manage approvals and legal/regulatory review. • Maintain recruitment brand standards and governance; steward the Employer Branding Toolkit and "ready-to-use” assets for global reuse. • Act as a day-to-day partner to TA leaders, Global Comms, and regional teams; attend weekly alignment meetings and drive cross-functional reviews to translate insights into next steps. • Prepare data and present globally on our monthly Branding calls, reporting on best practices, lesson learned and showcasing best in class recruitment marketing campaigns. • Conduct outreach to employee ambassadors to source stories; plan and coordinate content capture across regions to feed social, career site, and campaign needs. • Collaborate cross-functionally to create inclusive, localized content for a variety of audiences throughout the recruitment funnel, including students, emerging talent, and unconventional pathways. Content and Copy • Write, review and edit copy for social captions, landing pages, employee stories and event promos • Guide regional video collection—scripts, shot lists, consent management, basic audio mixing, color grading, pacing—ensuring on-brand visual consistency. Data, Measurement, and Optimization • Monitor KPIs (awareness, engagement, traffic quality, applies) and report performance; build dashboards and present insights to stakeholders. • Use analytics and listening tools (LinkedIn/Talent Insights, Meta Business Suite, X/YouTube analytics, Talkwalker/Sprout Social) for audience insights, content mix, and channel optimization. • Run audits of career sites and social channels; recommend SEO, clarity, consistency, compliance, and brand alignment improvements. • Conduct competitive intelligence; recommend experiments (A/B tests, short form series, employee generated content) and iterate based on data. Operations, Governance, and Vendor Coordination • Coordinate localization needs, content calendars, legal/regulatory approvals, and signed waivers; ensure audit compliance and consent management. • Partner with GTA Tools & Technology to evaluate solutions, implement process improvements, and support light automation. • Set vendors/partners up for success, including onboarding, asset specs, and participate in scheduled check-ins to maintain alignment. Qualifications: Requirements • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, content production, or digital marketing with hands-on creative production. • Proficiency in multimedia production and editing: Premiere Pro (daily), After Effects (basic-intermediate), Photoshop/Illustrator; audio mixing and color workflows. • Experience creating social-first video, motion graphics, and cross-platform assets; strong knowledge of platform specs, aspect ratios, captions/subtitles, and export settings for LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, X, YouTube. • Print/magazine production familiarity: color profiles, bleed/margins, and file prep. • Analytics-driven mindset; experience with LinkedIn/Talent Insights, Meta/X analytics, Talkwalker/Sprout Social; ability to build dashboards, interpret results, and translate findings into optimization recommendations. • Strong copywriting and editing for varied audiences and global markets; attention to accessibility and inclusive language. • Project management skills across matrixed teams; confident presenter who can turn analytics into strategic storytelling. • Collaboration/tools: Figma or Adobe CC Libraries, Canva, SharePoint asset management. • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; CRM familiarity (Phenom People) is a plus. • Degree in marketing/communications/media/design preferred but not required; equivalent relevant experience accepted. Nice-to-Have: • Experience with SEO for career sites and landing pages. • A/B testing and creative experiment design. • Ad operations familiarity (ad specs, vendor briefs, working with organic media partners). • Experience coordinating with GTA Tools & Technology on process automation or new platform evaluations.
