Job Description: • Serve as the primary Marketo admin, overseeing architecture, governance, QA, and operational program health. • Maintain and optimize integrations across the tech stack (Marketo Salesforce, Tealium, attribution tools, enrichment tools, ABM platforms, etc). • Own scoring models, lifecycle flows, routing logic, data taxonomies, and system-wide hygiene. • Ensure data consistency and alignment across MAP, CRM, and CDP environments. • Build and optimize AI workflows and agents that support campaign execution, lead management, content creation, data hygiene, and other key business processes. • Develop automations that reduce manual workload across marketing operations and campaign execution. • Build dashboards and reporting for funnel insights, campaign performance, attribution impact, and operational diagnostics. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for leveraging AI to drive scale and operational efficiency. Requirements: • 3-5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, RevOps, or a comparable technical GTM systems role within a B2B SaaS environment. • Advanced hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, including architecture, integrations, routing, scoring, lifecycle design, and data model governance. • Experience designing or maintaining AI-powered automations or agents that interact with MAP/CRM/CDP systems and operational workflows. • Strong technical capability and familiarity with API-driven integrations, marketing data pipelines, and cross-system orchestration. • Demonstrated understanding of data structures, normalization, enrichment, segmentation, and attribution workflows across the GTM ecosystem.
