Our Chief Client Officer started her career at arenaflex as an agent and advanced to the pinnacle of the company, demonstrating that the sky is truly the limit for our team members. **Responsibilities** As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
