Description Our client in the construction industry is looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join their team in Clinton, MD. This role offers remote work, but candidates must be in the DC Area, Northern Maryland, or Northern Virginia to travel monthly to their office in Clinton, MD. In this role, you’ll be putting together cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems on commercial and industrial projects ranging from about $1.5M to $20M. You'll be one of two Estimators on the team, reporting directly to the President and working closely with project managers, purchasing, and the field to make sure estimates are thorough and aligned. They’re looking for someone with solid experience estimating mechanical systems, plus familiarity with regional vendors and suppliers in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. The ideal candidate brings strong technical know-how, accuracy, and good communication skills to help support successful project bids.
