Media Account Manager
Relationship Building Overview: As a Media Account Manager at Clover Marketing, LLC, you will manage client relationships. Ensuring campaigns run smoothly from initial concept through traffic rotation and invoicing. Additionally, you will occasionally be responsible for selling to internally referred clients, capitalizing on warm leads generated by our CSM team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine account management with a soft sales focus, allowing you to drive both client success and business growth. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 per year plus bonuses Responsibilities: Relationship Building • Grow the agency’s portfolio through networking and referrals. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client goals and offering tailored media solutions. Account Management • manage budgets, and oversee campaign performance to meet or exceed sales targets. • Monthly client recaps Media Planning & Coordination • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across radio, TV, and OTT. • Manage traffic rotation schedules, ensuring the correct spots run at the right times and meeting any legal or industry-specific requirements. Campaign Tracking & Reporting • Monitor campaign metrics impressions, CPM) and communicate results to clients in a clear, actionable format. • Use data to make recommendations for campaign adjustments and renewals. Financial & Administrative Duties • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely billing and payment collection. • Maintain accurate account records, budgets, and client correspondence. Market & Industry Analysis • Stay updated on broadcasting/streaming trends and competitors’ activities to advise clients on best practices. • Identify new opportunities or media platforms to keep the agency’s offerings fresh and competitive. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). • 3+ years in traditional media, media sales, or account management (radio/TV/OTT experience highly desired). Skills & Competencies • Proficient in using Google Analytics • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong consultative selling abilities. • Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tool HubSpot is a plus. • Knowledge of ratings, audience measurement Nielsen, and OTT metrics (impressions, completion rate) is a bonus.
