The Role We’re looking for a Media Buyer who can own the entire performance engine from click to conversion. Not just “launch ads.” Not just “manage budgets.” We want someone who can design, test, optimize, and scale full‑funnel paid acquisition across multiple platforms. You’ll manage paid traffic across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels—while also driving creative strategy, landing page testing, and conversion optimization. You’ll work closely with leadership to turn bold ideas into profitable campaigns and predictable growth. Why This Role Rocks • You’ll own paid acquisition for a fast‑growing, global company • You’ll have full control over strategy, execution, and optimization • You’ll run experiments, build funnels, and scale campaigns that actually move revenue • You’ll collaborate with creatives, designers, content teams, and leadership • You’ll get to test big ideas—quickly—and see the real business impact • You’ll grow with the company as we expand internationally and ramp up our marketing What You’ll Actually Do • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more • Build, test, and optimize full‑funnel campaigns—from ad creative to landing pages • Own creative strategy: concepts, briefs, hooks, angles, and messaging • Manage and analyze performance dashboards across platforms • Run A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels • Identify winning segments, reduce acquisition costs, and scale profitable campaigns • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and leadership to rapidly iterate • Report on performance, insights, and recommendations—clearly and confidently • Stay ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and algorithm changes You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You… • Have 2+ years of hands‑on media buying experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms • Have built and optimized full funnels, not just ads • Think in terms of data, performance, and business impact—not vanity metrics • Can write strong copy and evaluate creative critically • Move fast, test fast, and improve fast • Communicate clearly, simply, and with confidence • Thrive in a remote, high‑speed, entrepreneurial environment • Are detail‑obsessed and allergic to sloppy execution This Role Isn’t for You If… • You only want to “manage ads” instead of owning the entire funnel • You prefer slow, corporate environments or need layers of approval • You struggle with fast experimentation or shifting priorities • You don’t enjoy being hands‑on with numbers, creative, and testing Requirements • 2+ years of direct media buying experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) • Proven experience building and optimizing full acquisition funnels • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with platform dashboards • Experience with landing page builders, CRO, and split‑testing tools • Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams • Strong written communication and ability to evaluate creative performance • Comfortable owning budgets, scaling campaigns, and reporting results What We Offer • Ownership of a core growth function • Competitive compensation (based on experience) • Health & wellness stipend • Paid time off • Performance‑based bonuses • A culture of speed, creativity, clarity, and trust—not micromanagement How to Apply Seniority level • Associate Employment type • Full‑time Job function • Marketing and Advertising Industries • Staffing and Recruiting Apply tot his job
