Media Manager, Pureplay/ Marketplace - Amazon & Chewy

About the position Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for key customers including Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. • Manage retail media budgets and evaluate capabilities for future spending. • Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights. • Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization. • Continuously monitor and analyze programs to identify opportunities for increased impact. • Lead the creative process for retail media, including feedback and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand insights with digital media investments. • Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs. • Coach and develop associate media managers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. • 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience. • E-commerce experience is required. • Digital experience on agency or client side is required. • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
